A quick telehealth visit for prescription refills costs $85 for follow-up visits (15 min). If you have insurance that covers telehealth, your copay applies. The prescribed medications are billed separately by your pharmacy. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for the visit cost.
Board-certified providers can refill most asthma medications including rescue inhalers (albuterol), long-acting inhalers (ICS, ICS-LABA combination inhalers), and nebulized medications. Your provider will review your asthma control and recommend refills based on your medical history.
For existing asthma patients, quick refill appointments are typically available within 2 hours of booking at health.copergrine.com. Book online, choose your time, and receive your secure video link via email and SMS. Your provider can send refills to your pharmacy within minutes of your visit.
If you're newly diagnosed with asthma or haven't seen a provider recently, we recommend a full 30-minute visit ($160) so the provider can evaluate your condition, discuss your symptoms and triggers, and establish an appropriate asthma management plan.
No. Your provider can access your medication history and previous prescriptions during the visit if you've been treated by Copergrine before. If you're new, simply tell the provider the name and dose of your current medications during your video visit.
