Pricing FAQ

A Copergrine Sick Visit is $160 (30 minutes) for same-day acute concerns. Primary Care Management, our chronic primary care visit, is $125 (30 minutes). The Weight-Loss Initial Consultation is $175 with insurance or $325 cash, and the HRT Initial consult is $295 with insurance or $495 cash. A prescription refill visit is $85 — that is the consultation fee; medications are paid separately, at the pharmacy's price. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible expenses.
Insurance is not required. Some services carry two prices in our booking catalog — a cash price and a with-insurance price (for example, the Weight-Loss Initial Consultation and the HRT Initial consult); the with-insurance price applies when your coverage is verified. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible medical expenses. If you pay the cash price and want to seek out-of-network reimbursement, we can provide a superbill on request.
Yes — Copergrine accepts HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical expenses, including sick visits, primary and chronic care, medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and telehealth visits. Eligibility depends on your plan; some expenses (such as GLP-1 weight-loss medications) may require a Letter of Medical Necessity, which we can provide on request. Cosmetic and general-wellness services are generally not HSA/FSA-eligible. Check with your plan administrator to confirm your specific service qualifies.
Every visit price includes the consultation with a licensed provider, a medical history review, clinical evaluation, and — when clinically appropriate — an e-prescription sent directly to your preferred pharmacy. Follow-up visits include medication review and dose adjustments. Lab work is not included in the visit price: some panels have their own catalog price (for example, HRT Patient Lab Work is $200), and other lab orders may be billed separately by the performing lab.
The Weight-Loss Initial Consultation is $175 with insurance or $325 cash, and Tirzepatide — Max Ultra is $550. The HRT Initial consult is $295 with insurance or $495 cash, and HRT Patient Lab Work is $200. The Peptide Initial Consultation (consult + bloodwork + lab discussion) is $349, the Peptide Follow-up / Monthly Check-in is $95, and the individual peptides in our catalog (such as BPC157-TB500, AOD-9604, GHK-CU and MOTS-C) are $300 each. Weight-loss and hormone-therapy follow-up visits are priced when you book.
No. Copergrine publishes its service prices upfront. There are no facility fees, no surprise charges, and no mandatory add-ons — the price listed for a service is the price charged for that service. Medications prescribed at a visit (for example, at a prescription refill visit) are not part of the visit price — you pay the pharmacy's price for them. If a separately ordered lab or imaging study is needed, it may be billed by the lab or imaging center.
