Yes. Every service in our catalog is priced identically whether delivered via telehealth or (starting Q3 2026) at our Houston clinic. A $125 Sick Visit is $125 either way. A $295 HRT consultation with insurance is $295 either way. Services exclusive to in-clinic (vaccines, sports/camp/DOT physicals, IV hydration, aesthetics) are the only exceptions — they physically require in-person administration.
Yes — we accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical expenses, including medical clinic visits, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and telehealth visits. Eligibility depends on your plan; some expenses (such as GLP-1 weight-loss medications) may require a Letter of Medical Necessity, which we can provide on request. General-wellness and cosmetic services are typically not eligible. Always check with your plan administrator to confirm your service qualifies.
