We offer compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide (GLP-1). Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Your provider prescribes a compounded medication only when it is appropriate for you. Semaglutide is the active ingredient in the FDA-approved brands Wegovy and Ozempic; tirzepatide in Zepbound and Mounjaro. Compounded versions are not the same as these brand-name products. Your provider recommends the best option for your profile.

Yes. Every service in our catalog is priced identically whether delivered via telehealth or (starting Q3 2026) at our Houston clinic. A $160 Sick Visit is $160 either way. A $295 HRT consultation with insurance is $295 either way. Services exclusive to in-clinic (vaccines, sports/camp/DOT physicals, IV hydration, aesthetics) are the only exceptions — they physically require in-person administration.
Yes — we accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical expenses, including medical clinic visits, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and telehealth visits. Eligibility depends on your plan; some expenses (such as GLP-1 weight-loss medications) may require a Letter of Medical Necessity, which we can provide on request. General-wellness and cosmetic services are typically not eligible. Always check with your plan administrator to confirm your service qualifies.
